Found the brand. They are Weinmann(double-walled).

I obviously bought the rims with the bike. I dont remember the brand but I know they are Double-walled. If you wanna buy them, sorry. I'm not sellin the bike, its like 1 year old. I just posted the pic to see what ppl thought.
